Many scientists and advocates of studies involving human embryonic stem cells thought that when President Obama signed an order on March for easing restrictions on the types of studies eligible for federal funds. But now there are proposed new ethical guidelines, which the National Institutes of Health released for comment last month, might have the opposite effect, The Washington Post reported. Maybe cause this guy will be the next NIH director.
